The delivery of the exchange between BSOs in the framework of EU4BCC MOBILITY SCHEME (which support by EUROCHEMBERS), League of Professional Women (LPW) (head office in Kyiv, Ukraine) and UNISCO Network for Local Development (UNISCO) (office in Bari, Italy) signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on June 23, 2023.
Purpose and Scope of MoU
This MOU aims to facilitate exchanges between the two Parties, who share the common goal of promoting and increasing inclusiveness and effectiveness in the disciplines and topics they address and advance. The signing of this MoU by the Parties respects the principle of mutual benefits and equality. The Parties agree to collaborate by sharing information, knowledge related to their fields, and where possible and relevant, opportunities to create international exchange.
To further progress and develop collaborative activities, the Parties agree to:
· Consider additional projects` proposals for mutual joint activities.
· Assist the other Part to build channels of communication and cooperation in relevant disciplines with appropriate organizations, networks, stakeholders, companies, and business support institutions of the respective territory.
· Share information on events, conferences, projects or equivalent, etc. at local or EU / international level.
About Parties
UNISCO Network for Local Development (UNISCO) is an independent non-profit organization founded in Bari, Italy on 2003 from the will to join, cooperate and create networks with Apulian, National and International professionals, Agencies and organizations, in order to create and develop a wide network which contributes to local development and to the spreading and sharing of good practices, especially in the training and labour market. It is focused particularly on young people, job and entrepreneurship.
UNISCO plays an important role since 2016 in the realization and management of the project "Porta Futuro", a Public Job Centre run by the Municipality of Bari (capital city of Puglia region), aiming to guide and support all those who are searching for a job or wishes to start an entrepreneurial / professional activity in the metropolitan area of Bari.
At regional level, Unisco, as accredited body both for training and labour market services, is in constant synergy with Puglia Region; at European level, UNISCO is an active member of EfVET (European network of VET centre); moreover, since its beginning in 2009, UNISCO is part of the EU direct Programme “Erasmus for young Entrepreneurs”, as IO (Intermediary Organition) operating in Puglia region.
Last, UNISCO has the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Certification for the organization and provision of training activities financed with public resources, and for services / activities for entrepreneurship support

League of Professional Women (LPW) is a Ukrainian NGO established in 1997 that operates nationally with head office in Kyiv, Ukraine. LPW unites different people for the common goal of expanding the social & economic opportunities of women in Ukraine. Its mission is promoting the active role of women in the economic and society's life of Ukraine, through learning and professional development; advocacy and networking; informational & cultural support. The LPW network has representatives across the country from a diverse range of professional sectors, mainly from science, education, business and public spheres. There are four main areas of LPW`s activities:
1. Advocacy & research;
2. Adult learning;
3. Women`s career development and
4. Organize and promote “Creative Social Actions” (CSA).
The leadership and members are currently scattered, with some still in Ukraine and others in a variety of European countries. LPW has membership in Ukrainian Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, the EU-Ukraine Civil Society Platform, CIVICUS, Women’s Major Group, UN Global Compact, Platform for “Equal Rights and Opportunity”, etc.

У рамках реалізації програми СХЕМИ МОБІЛЬНОСТІ EU4BCC, який підтримує EUROCHEMBERS, ГО "Жіноча Професійна Ліга" (LPW) (головний офіс у Києві, Україна) та Мережа місцевого розвитку UNISCO (UNISCO) (офіс у Барі, Італія) підписали Меморандум про взаєморозуміння (MoU) 23 червня 2023 року.
Мета та сфера дії Меморандуму про взаєморозуміння
Цей Меморандум спрямований на сприяння обмінам між двома Сторонами, які поділяють спільну мету сприяння та підвищення інклюзивності та ефективності в проєктах і тематикх, які вони розглядають і розвивають. Підписання цього Меморандуму Сторонами відповідає принципу взаємної вигоди та рівності. Сторони погоджуються співпрацювати шляхом обміну інформацією, знаннями, що стосуються їхніх галузей, і, де це можливо та доречно, можливостями для створення міжнародного обміну.
Для подальшого прогресу та розвитку спільної діяльності Сторони погоджуються:
Розглядати додаткові проектні пропозиції для спільної спільної діяльності.
Допомагати іншій Стороні побудувати канали зв’язку та співпраці у відповідних дисциплінах з відповідними організаціями, мережами, зацікавленими сторонами, компаніями та установами підтримки бізнесу на відповідній території.
Діліться інформацією про події, конференції, проекти чи еквівалент тощо на місцевому чи європейському/міжнародному рівні.
Меморандум укладено терміном на 2 роки.
